• Supporting individuals to take medication safely

• Safe storage of medication

• Temperature control and refrigeration

• Managing controlled drugs securely

Recording & Documentation:

• Medication Administration Records (MAR charts)

• Accurate recording procedures

• Reporting errors or missed doses

Risk & Error Management:

• Common medication errors and how to prevent them

• What to do in the event of an error

• Incident reporting and escalation

Infection Control:

• Hygiene and safe handling practices
